Ms. Cisca Harun obtained her law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Indonesia in 2000, majoring in business law. She graduated cum laude from Leiden University with an LL.M degree in European and International Business Law.
Ms. Harun joined MKK in 2001. She concentrates on the areas of domestic and foreign investments, financing, capital market, general corporate matters, including corporate restructuring and reorganization, merger and acquisition, mining, anti-corruption and project financing. She has been admitted to the Indonesian Bar Association.
