Rini Budiman graduated from the Faculty of Law of Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta in 2000 majoring in Civil Law. Ms. Budiman joined the firm in 2001. She graduated from Leiden University with an LL.M degree in European and International Business Law in 2014.
Ms. Budiman focuses on Foreign and Local Investment, intellectual property rights, project finance and General Corporate matters (including Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring and Reorganization.
She has been admitted to the Indonesian Bar Association.
